•Custom built products
314Customs warranties our custom built products for 6 months from the time the product was shipped out. The warranty covers the seal of the product for moisture problems. Paint is warrantied for if it starts to flake or peal. If the headlights clear on the lens starts to chip or turn yellow we are not responsible for it unless we offered to refurbish it or offer our ceramic coating services.

Products will be tested before sending out to customer again.
•Manufacture
314Customs uses the highest quality hid and led products. Our manufactures warranty their products for 1 year, down to when the product was ordered. The manufacture will not warranty or be responsible if the product is damaged from wrongly installing the product on your vehicle. 314Customs is not responsible for the product that were wrongly installed on vehicle and or ruined due to installation on sold parts. The manufactures recommend that their products are installed by a professional.
•Shipping
314Customs is not responsible for shipping to or from for any warranty claims. 314customs will not be held accountable for any damages or destruction of product during shipping. Every product that is shipped, is shipped with insurance of the amount of the product, if some damages occurs or product is lost in shipping we will help you through the claim process.
•Installation
314customs recommends that all products should be installed by a trained professional, if not installed by a professional the damages that occur to the product due to improper install will cause to void the warranty and we won't be able to cover the damages under warranty. Some products don't have a warranty which we will display in the info of the product.
•Returns
314customs requires an extensive look at the product, if product is damaged we will deny your return claim. If we do accept your return we will charge our 30% restocking fee for all products plus shipping. Some custom products are not excepted for return.
